We ship to every country in the world where airsoft is legal. To those living in countries where the import of airsoft is prohibited, we can only send combat gear and accessories.

Orange tip, trademark removal and other modifications

Some countries require airsoft to be fitted with an orange flash hider or to have the trademarks removed, like the USA. Other countries such as New Zealand and Germany restrict airsoft to the use of semi-automatic.
We perform the necessary work to ensure the shipment complies with local customs regulations, free of charge. This includes trademark removal and attachment of a bright orange tip to meet US custom requirements. For our German and New Zealand customers we offer a full-auto → semi-auto conversion service. Please note that this only applies for models that can be modified in this way.
Further, Japanese law forbids us to stock, import and export airsoft with muzzle power above 0.98 kJ. Therefore, we are only able to deliver air guns with 0.98 J power or lower. For customers looking for more power, we perform tuning on non-Japanese products in Hong Kong. This allows us to provide muzzle power up to 2.0 J, but only for Taiwanese and Chinese air guns.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is calculated automatically when you check out your shopping cart. The calculations are based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. As your package get heavier, the shipping cost will obviously increase. On the other hand, the cost per kg decreases which makes it cost effective to buy more at the same time.

For all our shipments we use EMS or JP Post surface mail. EMS is fast, surface mail is reasonably priced. Both shipping modes have a delivery tracking service that you can find on the JP Post website. Please click here to check your delivery status.

Your orders with a value of $100 or above will be insured, just in case the package gets damaged somewhere along the way.

Duty & Taxes

The customer is responsible for the custom and import duties.

When ordering from Gun Mall Japan, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.

Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the package is not accepted due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the total product purchase price. The remaining balance will then be refunded.

Shipment from Hong Kong

In some cases your order may be shipped from Hong Kong. When a certain item is currently not available in Japan, we will send it directly from our distributor in Hong Kong. This shipping method has two advantages: you do not have to wait for your order and we are able to deliver airsoft with higher muzzle power.
Note that this is applies for non-Japanese made products only, these will be sent from our company directly.
